The Excy XCS 220 is optimized to be a travel companion for light-to-moderate upper and lower body workouts for road warriors. The system is slim and easily fits a large suitcase. The Stability Bar offered in all other Excy XCS 200 models will be needed by most for higher intensity lower body cycling cardio or strength training workouts, but vigorous upper body hand cycling workouts are possible on the floor. The XCS 220 model does not offer weight-bearing exercises like standing or planking. Basic recumbent requires smooth pedaling with light forces and controlled strokes.
